What is the best way to fill the very tiny gaps that may exist after installing binding and purfling? After heating with an iron and clamping I’ve also used saw dust with CA glue but that can discolor the top wood. Tight bond also leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve read about using black tempera paint (dry) but worry about that staining surrounding wood. Thanks.
