Not sure if anyone is keen on this but here’s a file for a compound Radius sanding block. its 350mm long so maybe to long for printing and the sides are just plain. But good to go for a cnc. Uses 70 x 45 x 350mm ( Yeah I use real measurements :P)

There’s room for another one in Texas! 🙂 Are you friends with Danny Shoemaker (Straight Frets)? He owns the Plek machines in Austin and Houston. I think those are the only two in the state.

Yo. Get you a damp paper towel on there for a bunch of hours before you try to pull. Since it’s a double bridge plate, I’d go with over night at least. That thing should come out like pulled pork.

Gibson Banner Bridge plate overlay removal
Hey Looths, I have on my bench a 40’s Gibson Banner J-45. At some point someone glued a supplemental bridge plate onto the original plate. I assume this was done in an attempt to reinforce with string balls having torn up the OG plate. My customer would like me to remove this and uncover it’s secrets. Client usually brings in very nice…
