Exhibit A is a 1974 Martin D35. Neck block is separated between the block and the top only, and the transverse bar is separated only under the extension. There are parallel cracks along each side of the extension and distorted purfling. How should I approach this neck removal and resetting of the block? The price is right and the expectations are clear with the client. This is a sentimental repair. The rest of the guitar is surprisingly, solid. Dirty as all get out, but good bridge, good neck, and extant and solid bracing throughout. All of the big is focused in the area of the neck block and extension. Thanks for doing this! -Daniel
