Hey Mark. Good to hear from you and happy to hear things are picking up. Took quite a while for me too. Plenty of players are conservative about changing but, if you do good work, word of mouth is really big around here. We’re not a big island and guitarists definitely talk about this stuff.

I’m Gerry Hayes. I repair instruments in a little workshop in west Dublin. I did that big, thick book about guitar wiring and some smaller, less thick, things. I also help out around the Looth Group. Give me a shout if I can help with anything.

Looths of Ireland 4 months agoThe number of looth-pins on the map of Ireland has grown so I thought it’d be useful to get a local group going. Seems like it might be good to have a place to share with other local(ish) folks.
I’ll send an invitation to anyone I spot but feel free to invite someone new if I’ve missed them (which is quite possible).
