Hey all! First time posting around here, so forgive me if this has been talked through before, but I’m on the hunt for some jig plans for routing splines on headstock repairs. Thanks so much for any help or direction on this!

Beau Hannam has a video around here showing his jig for headstock splines. They have a radiused bottom so there is less chance of going through the headstock or neck, while being plenty deep. And there is no endgrain gluing
