Like many of us, I work in a small space - a quarter basement with maybe 6 -1/2 feet of headroom. Sawdust is a problem. There’s no room for an extensive ductwork system or a blower setup. My shop tools (bandsaw, drill press, vertical belt sander, etc.) have a 1-1/2 inch connection for vacuum, but I have mostly been too lazy to use them. 61 year old Stella Harmony with brass frets. Fret board is poplar. It needs refretting and I want to try doing it myself given the cost of the guitar was $70 bucks, hiring a pro will cost way more. Any recommendations on Fret wire? I can't find Fret wire that is an exact match. Current frets are 1 mm wide, a hair over 1 mm high and the tang looks to be 2.5 mm deep. Has anyone regretted one of these guitars?

I have a Buck here and miraculously the overlay is 100% intact, but it needs to be glued back on. Anyone have any experience with the best adhesive for this? Super glue will definitely melt it and make a mess out of it, but I seem to remember even epoxy reportedly reacting with the material. I’m thinking either celluloid glue like Martin used to use for pickguards or possibly even trying hide. Thoughts?
