Cracks in wood for future use
I have some african blackwood that has developed a crack (along the grain) in roughly the same spot on each of the back panels. Thankfully its currently in a spot that will likely be cut off when I build a guitar. With that said I likely won’t be using it for a build for many years.
The question I have is if I should glue together the crack now with some thin CA or if I should just leave it be until I actually start the build in several years.
