    the one i have for a refret has 20″ radius fretboard and bridge. It looks a little strange to me, I’ve seen 10″ to 16″ on the same model, same period… Maybe the bridge has flatened with and fretboard was somewhat adapted?

    Should I left the 20 radius or bring it to 16 and bend the bridge to match?

    Do you have a pic of the board? Sometimes the side dots will preclude you from a radius adjustment like that. I’d say unless you have a customer that really wants a 16, let the 20 ride. I’d play it either way and would probably like the more modern 20 for electric anyway.

    Yes also I was thinking about inlays and how thick they can be…

    The customer customer is playing it as it is indeed…

    Just my thoughts on “vintage correctness”

    That looks pretty OG to me. Gretsch was all over the place. Was there the hint of nibs ?

    I have a 68 here. It is spot on at 20. Hope that helps.
