Hey Ian- It is! It has the single bolt. I don’t think the bolt was or is failing though., I tried tightening it but nothing moved. It wasn’t loose. The heel does have a slight gap.. I suppose it could have got hot and moved a bit/crept.. I’ll probably just pull the neck &clean it all up. I’m gonna try the heat stick first over steam. I think…

Wiring help with unorthodox tele setup
Hey all, I could use some help with wiring up my telecaster. I’m fully aware this might be weird, but I thought it’d be a fun side project.<div>

Hi Scott – we have seen some Luthiers do something novel and artistic – replacing the paper label with a thin wood cutout – that is a design see through the soundhole – the information can be engraved into the wood – the possibilities are limitless – and you can use cut-outs from the build to design the inner wood ‘label’

Unless the footprint is way different I think a 40s bridge would be fine on there. I think he can send them to you sans saddle slot and pin holes too. I would guess that if you needed over size, he could bang thst out . Worth asking, cuz every other repro bridge is gross.
