Does anyone else remember Stewmac selling a tool for this years ago? I recall seeing it but never bought one. It kind of slipped over the post and provided some leverage to bend it.

Hey Doug,
Its probably no the most helpful answer but here is what I did. I restored an old 30’s Gibson L-00 with a badly bent tuner. I added some leather to the jaws on the stew mac nut and saddle vise and tightened the bent stem in the vise to flatten it. I did have to remove the button to do the procedure but they were already replaced. I…
