I had a customer with similar issues and once installing these upgrades it played perfect. I can’t see the saddles being used either on that bridge but grooved ones work best.

I fixed one by carefully disassembling the latch and getting the spring back in place. It had come ajar over the many years. Worked like new after.

I like to use ZPoxy thinned just a smidge with denatured alcohol on the second and third coats.

I’ve used it a few times. It seemed to work well on mahogany. I recently used it on East Indian rosewood and I got dark blotchy spots in various places. I probably won’t use it anymore.

If you’re going from a humbucker to a P90, presumably you wouldn’t need a push/pull pot unless you had something different in mind. Regardless, the Seymour Duncan wiring diagrams likely have what you’re looking for:
