I just received through the mail (yes I know) some Brazilian Rosewood from a Looth that is moving to new challenges. In any case, the sides which are pretty narrow to begin with 4″ have several pretty large wormholes, up to 1/8″ 6mm in diameter. He has offered to replace/refund me but I really like the grain pattern on this set and it has a great tap tone. Is there a good way to fill these and still make a good looking guitar?

I would think those would be pretty easy to make look good. The figure is so busy, just about anything dark will blend right in.

I assume some tinted epoxy After the sides have been bent would be fine.

I think so. I would probably use West with some of the 404 filler added so it doesn’t show through if there is an inspection light on the inside.
