Hard to find. I found one online but they only ship to Eastern Europe. Any friends in Germany? https://www.meinlshop.de/en/ibanez/spare-parts/e-basses/potentiometers/ibanez-poti-for-volume-2pin-5pin-b500k-3vpv25a What does the circuit board do? Can you simply install a 500k standard pot without the circuit board?

Sometimes old technology wins. I couldn’t find anything on the website, so…

I placed a telephone call to Hoshino USA, the company that imports Ibanez guitars. I got through to a real live person and explained what I was looking for. He found the part number of what I needed, then promptly told me the part was backordered until April. “Hold on a minute,” he said. “Let me try something… I found one.”

One. Luckily, that was all I needed. I’m not an authorized dealer, nor repair center, but he took my info and it’s on its merry way.

    People are better than websites.

I actually use these pots for the guitar pedals I make. Basically you’re looking for a 500k linear dual gang pot. Alpha makes them, I usually get mine from Tayda (in Thailand I believe), although they’re out of stock at the moment. In the future I would seek out guitar pedal suppliers like Adafruit, LoveMySwitches, SmallBear, Stompbox Parts and others. You could also search on Mouser. Glad you found one!
