A little mahogany Martin came in to the shop.
1. Someone had attempted to fix a cracked bridge plate by gluing another bridge pad right over the old one.
2. The top has a bulge right in the center underneath the bridge that has come off and the mahogany top is badly cracked
We need some ideas as to the order of operations to achieve the best results.
Should we attempted to stabilize the top first then take the bridge plates off or vice versa?
I have tried to up load images but the site doesnt seem to be allowing me to do that
