We’re Hiring: Experienced Luthier
Mike Lull’s Guitar Works is looking for an experienced Luthier to join our team. We’re seeking someone with strong hands-on experience in instrument repair and restoration who’s ready to work in a collaborative, high-quality shop environment. Our demand for our acoustic repair and restoration services as well as our own line of guitars/basses is growing year over year and we’re looking to add to the team.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of luthiery experience (preferred)
• Skilled in structural repairs and acoustic restoration (preferred)
• Experienced with neck resets (preferred)
• Proficient in finish touch-ups; full finish work a plus
• Comfortable with basic electronic repair and modifications
• Strong ability with fretwork and setups on a variety of instruments
• Willingness to train on PLEK operations
• Positive, teachable attitude is a must
