Tremolo issues. Not returning to "zero"

Hey guys.

I guess this is an old topic, everyone talks about it but I haven't been able to find a definitive solution for this. Here's the deal:

I'm working on a PRS Silversky that has this old problem that when you use the trem bar, one string (G in this case) goes sharp. I made a few adjustments to the nut as we all know that's the first thing to look at...no good. This guitar is new so I'm pretty much ruling out the bridge and posts since they are new.

The problem is that this is not the first guitar with this issue, a few months ago I worked on an old Suhr with the exact same problem, nut was perfect but the bridge was old, we changed the bridge posts and plate...nothing, same issue. Same situation with a Musicman Majesty from about 3 years ago, we changed the bridge, worked on the nut and even changed the tuners (which were locking tuners)... same f***ing problem, just that on this one it was the B string going sharp.

Here's the exact situation as it happens: guitar's in tune, if I use the trem bar, G or B go sharp, but if I bend the sharp note, goes back to pitch, but then the Low E goes sharp, if I bend the Low E, then G goes sharp and so on... and if I balance everything to where every bend goes exactly back to pitch, the moment I use the trem bar, up goes the G string again.

I've tried everything nut sauce, different springs, changing bridge posts (as I mentioned), I even saw a video of this guy Jonathan Kemp (link below) talking about "balancing" the bridge by making a series of pulls of the bar and adjusting the pitch with the pegs, but again, if I get everything perfectly balanced with the trem bar, it all goes south when making a bend.

Any new ideas? I really feel like a complete newbie here :(
