About this Loothcut project
Each side is capable of utilizing a bow clamp to keep even the squirrelliest pieces of wood flat during glue up. Once lined up, the glue joint is secured using two hold down clamps, leaving the joint flat and in perfect view the entire process. These two hold down clamps are movable to a second set of slots closer to the centre for gluing up smaller panels like head plates, underlays and binding.
The unit is self contained and does not need to be bench mounted, but can be, just be sure that the table it is mounted to, is as flat as this fixture. Easily stored when not in use, easily redeployed when needed.
