    1. I’ve been super on guard about the entitlement thing. If I get a whiff of it I will shut the person down and try to get them out of my shop if they’ve gotten that far…. I will also try to get my $50 bench fee out of them while I’m at it. Table’s turned!!! 🤑🤑🤑

  1. Thanks for spelling this out. I’ve dealt with this many times and even lost friendships over this. My wife who is a therapist always comments that if a person has a neurosis it tends to rear its ugly head when they come to the repair shop and it even shows in how they treat their instrument. Great article!
