Surface Inspection Light

Responses

  1. Mike, Thanks for posting your surface inspection light. The parts are nicely made and fit together well. I added a little velcro strap on the back to hold the charge cord, and an “O” ring to the body of the light to keep it from sliding down. I’m wondering if the jungle web site changed their supplier for the mirrors though. The ones I got look more like dull aluminum foil than a real mirror. The inspection light still throws a light pattern like your picture shows, but its not bright. Hoping I might run across a real 1″ square mirror to see if that makes a difference.

  2. Hi Mike, I just tried making this. The .ZIP file appears to contain the light housing STL and three (3) copies of the main housing STL. No base and no plugs. Am I missing something here? Also, the onShape project link isn’t working for me. Am I the only one?
